What is an ISCA sailboat and do I need to care as a Sunfish sailor?

ISCA and Sunfish parts are interchangeable as they are ultimately physically the same boat. BUT, if you plan on racing in ISCA (International Sunfish Class Association) sanctioned races, you will need to make sure you are using ISCA class legal equipment - sail, daggerboard, rudder, rudder cheeks, spars, etc. To be ISCA legal, your equipment will have a blue Sunfish class sticker or a white or an orange ISCA Class sticker. Gear with the blue Sunfish class sticker is grandfathered into the class and may be used in ISCA events. Keep in mind, not all parts require a class approved sticker.
