Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We will always tell you what to expect, rather than supply you with a bunch of broken promises. Most of the items we sell are currently available and ship to you with in 48 hours of us receiving your payment. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. If your order will not be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being received we will notify you via email as to when your estimated shipping date will be.

Due to the fact that most Dyer parts are made by hand to order, there may be extended shipping times on parts orders. Please contact us directly to check availibility. 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (Summer) and Tuesday - Friday (Winter) during normal business hours.

International orders shipping may need to be requoted as the shipping estimator has trouble calculating some shipments. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with international shipments. 

Sailboat / Kayak / SUP Shipping: Because sailboats, kayaks, & SUP's are considered over-sized for transportation companies, we currently quote the delivery of each boat on an individual basis. Please contact us if you would like an exact quote before placing your order. Once you place your order we will contact you to give you details about delivery time and shipping cost. Shipping costs WILL exceed the shipping amount shown in your cart and your order confirmation. Because of the over-sized nature of this product customer is fully responsible for any shipping costs related to returns as well as a restocking/packaging fee if the customer chooses not to keep boat.

Returns

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

You may return merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Returned items must be unused, in new condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. Please contact the Dinghy Shop for return authorization prior to the return. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded as a store credit, less a 15% restocking fee. 

Sailboats, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, paddles, numbered sails, cut to order line, special order roof rack components, and custom rigging are not returnable. Clearnace items may only be returned for store credit less shipping.
